About the Opportunity
The Dog Ranch is launching a brand-new veterinary clinic in partnership with our established dog boarding and daycare facility. This unique setup provides a built-in client base from day one, a steady flow of patients, and the chance to help shape a practice from the very beginning.
We are looking for a veterinarian who is excited by the opportunity to build something special, provide high-quality medicine, and create a supportive, low-stress environment for both pets and people.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality small animal medicine to dogs and cats
- Help establish clinic protocols, workflows, and client experience standards
- Partner with ownership to shape the clinic’s growth and long-term vision
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their pets
- Collaborate with boarding, daycare, and future clinic team members
- Support a positive, professional, and compassionate workplace culture
Who You Are
- Licensed DVM or eligible to become licensed in Colorado
- Passionate about small animal medicine and client education
- Strong communicator with a warm, professional approach
- Excited by the opportunity to build and grow a new practice
- Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome to apply
Compensation
Salary range is $90,000–$120,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation structure, benefits, and growth opportunities can be discussed during the interview process.
